Number 13’s artisan bartenders strive to serve up the best libations for our Guests. You can get a cocktail anywhere, but at Number 13 we create memorable drinks from fresh ingredients, house-made syrups paired with selected spirits and our collection of premium liquors. Not only do we house the largest assortment of whiskey, bourbons, and scotch on the island, but we’ve also created strong relationships with distributors to ensure access to hard-to-get specialty bottles. Speaking of specialty, we have several signature cocktails on the menu, but our Pineapple Infusion Martini is like no other! The process begins with allowing fresh pineapple to soak in vodka for up to 2 weeks before the fruit is juiced and then prepped to be utilized within the cocktail. The end result is a an undeniably refreshing martini that will have you asking for more.
We encourage our Guests to enjoy every last drop of their preferred beverage. Thus, we’ve provided an ideal location for you to place your drink so that throughout your experience, it remains as cold as the moment it was served. Our premium quality frost rail system extends the entire length of the bar, so that no matter where you sit, a crisp, dry layer of frost can keep your beer or cocktail cold down to the very last drop. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, from 11:00 AM-2:30 PM, Number 13 presents a Bloody Mary Bar brimming with every ingredient your heart desires to create your perfect Bloody Mary recipe. From carrots to capers, and blue cheese crumbles to pickled asparagus, we offer the tools to let your Bloody Mary imagination run wild. If you like it hot, you came to the right Bloody Mary bar. We’ve curated a wide variety of spices in-spired by Louisiana and Jamaican cultures as well as from our local spice distributor, Maceo Spice & Import Company. The Bloody Mary is a wonderful addition to Sunday Brunch and extends the weekend fun by allowing your creative juices to flow.
